Honey just the way it should be.

Although the sunflower is widely known, its honey remains a rare find in Germany. This is because the plant requires specific conditions to produce nectar – conditions that are often not met in commercial agriculture.

When it does come to life, sunflower honey is a true treat: bright in color, thick and smooth in texture, with a slightly sharp aroma reminiscent of incense.
Its taste is sweet, pleasantly mild, and subtly spiced – full of charm and balance.
