The most dominant characteristic of this honey is its texture, a velvety, thick consistency that flatters the palate. In this supreme honey are three very different flavours: Acacia, Buckwheat and Sunflower. From the Acacia we get the velvety, rich feeling. Buckwheat contributes a deep and aromatic taste, and Sunflower adds cream and fruitiness. A treat for every Honey Gourmet.
