The bees collect the nectar for this exceptional flower honey, creating a honey that supplies the body with information of many different pollen. This strenghtens the immune system and in a long term use can help reduce allergies.
The taste is well balanced between sweet, fruity and aromatic. Due to Ukraine’s rich profusion of flower this honey has a lot more depth then we are used to from regular flower honeys from the supermarket.
